Digital Services
Since we provide digital services such as UI/UX design, web development, SEO, branding, and app development, these services are not eligible for physical returns.
Refund Eligibility

If the project has not been started after payment.
If there is a duplicate payment by mistake.
If we are unable to deliver the service due to an internal issue on our side.
In these cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases

When project milestones or partial work has been delivered.
When delays are caused due to incomplete client information or lack of response.
When the client changes their mind after project progress begins.
When the final delivery meets the agreed requirements.
Revision & Support
Instead of refunds, we offer:
Revisions based on the project agreement
Support to fix issues or adjust delivered work

Cancellation Policy
Project cancellations can only be requested before work begins.
Once the project is in progress, cancellation fees may apply based on completed work hours.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
